Aspen and Elliot - Grand Haven, Michigan

OHHHHH my gosh five year anniversary plus the dreamiest morning fog? Sign me the heck up!

Aspen contacted me letting me know that she and her 5 year hubby Elliot would be traveling up to Michigan for their anniversary, and when I heard they wanted the 5 year anniversary documented, I was sold.

Well turned out, we had to reschedule the shoot because of rain (was it meant to be??). And that weekend (the only weekend they were in town), I had no more evening shoots available, SO I just floated the idea to them of a morning shoot.

Turns out, they were SO DOWN and told me that waking up early was second nature to them (because of the amazing parents I’m sure they are). SO, on a 7:00am cloudy and dark fall morning, we hauled our booties off to Grand Haven and were met by the most moody, romantic, and soft fog you ever did see.

This morning was perfect, the love and commitment between the two of them is something I so admire, I wish I could re-live it all, and now I’m so excited to share the magic we created this day…
